Cheque Presented to Hixon & Area Community First Responders

Allotment holders from Wellington Fields Allotments in Hixon have been busy growing funds for Hixon & Area Community First Responders. Alan Hartley from WFA handed over a cheque for more than £1,000 at the weekend. Massive thanks to everyone who donated plants for sale or bought them. With Alan is Karen Appleton from Hixon & Area CFR, along with two of our trained First Responders, Anya Harvey- Edwards and Steve Picken.
